No, our business is kept online to make sure our prices never vary and you know when you buy one of our products you will not find it cheaper. The only other places you will find the headwear for sale will be at running events or running exhibitions.
We ship worldwide. All UK orders £60 and over qualify for free tracked delivery. All international orders over £75 receive free tracked delivery.
UK: If you have selected the Standard service, please allow 3-7 working days for your parcel to arrive.
Tracked 48 Hour: Please allow 3-5 working days for your parcel to arrive.
Tracked 24 Hour: Please allow 1-2 working days for your parcel to arrive.
International: Please allow 7-21 working days for your parcel to arrive.
*All orders placed before 2pm UK Time will be dispatched on the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm may not be dispatched until the following working day, so please factor this into your expected delivery date.
Yes, we can create a variety of headwear for you with low minimum orders. Please refer to our Collaboration Designs section.
Our products are one size which will fit most with being adjustable. Please check each product for sizing prior to purchase.
Please refer to the washing label in each piece of headwear initially. Otherwise place on a 30° cold cycle in the washing machine in a washing bag, this helps prevent any damage. Hang to dry. Do not iron. We are not responsible for any items damaged in the washing machine.
All UK orders over £60 will receive free tracked 48-hour shipping via Royal Mail.
Orders placed before 2pm UK time will be dispatched on the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm may not be dispatched until the following working day.
Orders under £60 cost £3.50. You will receive tracking information via email or text.
Tracked 24 Hour Shipping via Royal Mail. £4.99 – You will receive tracking information via email or SMS). Tracked 24-hour shipping guarantees will not be available for orders made on Saturdays and Sundays.
Tracked – Europe and Rest of World via Royal Mail. £10. Please allow 7-21 working days for your international order to arrive. You will receive tracking information via email or text.
Under the new European Union Law D.A.P (Delivered at place), all orders in the EU will be liable to duty and import taxes. On this occasion, the buyer is responsible for any charges that may accrue. For rest of the world orders please check the import charges for your country before ordering if you are concerned about import tax.
If your new product falls short of your expectations for any reason whatsoever, you can return an item within 28 days from the date you purchased the item.
Products must be returned unused and in the same condition in which you received them, including all the original tags.
To return, please repack your item with an included note which states your name and order number along with your preferred course of action (Refund or exchange). Please return your item(s) to:
