Highly recommend the brand and the person behind it all. The headbands are a favorite of mine and have been a great piece of kit in all sorts of weather. The thick band is perfect for protecting & keeping your ears warm. This kit is made with a lot of thought and care.

Great kit! Love my Pain Cave headwear, the buff has been a staple all winter :). Cap is super comfy and breathable which is great as I get a really hot head! Looks good too ;). Would defo recommend.

I found Jon by chance and was keen to use him as a coach due to his amazing achievements and his enthusiasm for running long. He had been very patient with me as I seem to have been constantly injured in which he keeps changing the program to accommodate this. He has always been available when I need him, whether that’s to talk about an upcoming race or to stop me spiralling.
